    • The Board allows you to complete your own personal financial statement on their prescribed form. No CPA required at this tier.
  • For Bid Limits between $25,000 - $499,999
    • The Board requires a compiled financial statement (Balance Sheet only), prepared by an independent CPA within 6 months of your application date.
  • For Bid Limits between $500,000 - $999,999
    • The Board requires a compiled financial statement with full disclosures (Balance Sheet only), prepared by an independent CPA within 6 months of your application date.
  • For Bid Limits over $1,000,000
    • The Board requires a reviewed financial statement (Balance Sheet only), prepared by an independent CPA within 1 year of your application date.

Books not quite ready? Prices above assume your financials are in good order and on a GAAP basis. If we need to perform bookkeeping cleanup or restate your financials, additional fees will apply — we'll discuss this with you upfront before any work begins.
