We provide compilation and reviews that comply with the Reg CF requirements. 

General Reg CF Finanical Statement Requirements

 

  • If incorporated in the last year or earlier (ie: 2022 or earlier) and raising: 
    • Less than $124k: 2 years of full financials in a GAAP basis. 
    • Between $124k - $1.235M: 2 years of reviewed financials in a GAAP basis. 
    • More than $1.235M: 2 years of audited financials in a GAAP basis.
  • If you were incorporated less than 120 days ago and raising: 
    • Less than $124k: : Balance Sheet and footnotes in a GAAP basis.
    • Between $124k - $1.235M: Reviewed Balance Sheet and footnotes in a GAAP basis.
    • More than $1.235M: Audited Balance Sheet and footnotes in a GAAP Basis.

  • Compilations (raising up to $124K) 

    • Single Year: Starting at $1,250

    • Two Year: Starting at $2,000

  • Reviews (raising between $124k - $1.235M)

    • Single Year: Starting at $2,250

    • Two Year: Starting at $3,500

  • Consolidated Reviews
    • Single Year: Starting at $3,000
    • Two Years: Starting at $4,750

 

These prices are contingent upon your books being in good order. Additional fees may apply if we have to complete bookkeeping or restate your financials to a GAAP basis. 

 

Standard turnaround time is approximately 2-weeks. Expidited services are available at an additional cost.
